  1. QI'd like to partially cancel my order.

    A

    1. Cancellation of only some products after completing order cannot be made on the website.
    If you want to cancel some products, please contact the customer center at 1544-7284.​​​
    2. Some cancellations may be subject to restrictions such as coupons used depending on the amount of payment after cancellation.​

    The card payment is not canceled although the order is canceled. What should I do?

    A

    In case of online payment, cancellations will be done immediately on the day of card approval, but cancellations after the day will take 5 business days to complete. Therefore, you can check with your credit card company 7 days after the cancellation date, including Saturday/Sunday.​

    How do I get a refund after returning the purchased product?

    A

    Once the returned product has been confirmed, the payment will be canceled and refunded to the customer.
    1. Real-time account transfer payment: After 4–5 days to confirm the product returned, it will be refunded to your account.
    2. Card payment: After confirming the product returned, card payment will be canceled after 4~5 business days.

    Why hasn't the card been canceled even though I returned the product?

    A

    This is because it takes about 4–5 days for the card company to cancel the sales after confirming the product returned.
    However, if it has been returned but the payment has not been canceled for a long time, it is not confirmed normally, so please check the [delivery number] of the return receipt and contact the customer service center. ​

    When is it possible to exchange or return the product?

    1. Within seven days of receiving the product Please understand that return or exchange of the product may not be possible if the value of the product is damaged because of the opening of the package or the installation completed.
    2. In case the contents of the product you received are different from the advertisement, within three months from the date of receiving the product or within 30 days from the date on which it is known.
    3. Within the scope of withdrawal of consumer subscription prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act for e-commerce, etc.
    4. If you request an exchange or return of a product just because of a simple change of mind, please understand that the delivery cost is borne by the customer.​​

    When is it impossible to exchange or return the product?

    A

    1. In case a product is lost or damaged because of the customer's carelessness: This shall not apply where packaging, etc. is damaged to check the contents of the product.
    2. If the package is opened or damaged and the value of the product is lost (ex: home appliances, food, records, etc won't be exchanged or returned. Return/exchange depends on the manufacturer's standard because of defective pixels of the laptop, LCD monitor and the digital camera)
    3. When the value of the product has significantly decreased due to your use (e.g., cosmetics, food, etc.)
    4. When the value of a product, etc. is lost to the extent that it is difficult to resell it over time (e.g., seasonal products, etc.)

    6. Other cases where it falls under restrictions on the withdrawal of consumer subscriptions prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act on e-commerce, etc.

    How can I return the product?

    1. If you write down your order number and membership number, it will help you process it faster.
    2. If the delivered product is not the one you want, please return the product to the seller's address within 10 days of delivery, including the order number, member number, name, and reason for return. (The return fee is borne by the customer.) ​

    1. When paying with credit card
    - Card payment will be automatically canceled within 2–3 days from the date the return is completed (excluding Saturday and holidays).
    - If cancellation is made after the date of payment, approval will be canceled and the limit restored after about 7–10 days in accordance with the credit card company's regulations.
    - If the payment has already been charged from the credit card company, it will be deducted from the credit card payment for the current month or the following month.
    2. When transferring real-time accounts
    - Refund will be made within 2–3 days (excluding Saturday and holidays) from the date of completion of the return.
